While this certainly is not exactly the best place to be in life right now. I know you are trying to figure out how to get your ex back. You are probably feeling very confused and alone, and you don't understand exactly what you did wrong in your relationship. Remember, we all have gone through this before. I know it's not very comforting to tell you this, but these people did survive it, and you can too.
Fortunately- there is some good news though. You certainly can get your ex back. In the course of this article, i'll show you some things that can help you to work wonders towards getting your ex back.
First off, here are a few things not to do....
* Do not call them or message them constantly
* Don't stalk them
* Do not stay at home and cry and be sad
* Do not go to a bar and try and pick up
* Do not become depressed
Here are some things that you should be doing....
* Go out with some of your friends
* Be sure and get into better shape
* Give them space to be alone
* Go out into the sun and read a book
* Definitely go out and meet new people and make some new friends
One big thing that will push your ex even further away from you is being clingy. Let them have room to breathe. If they don't care to hear from you- then DON'T call them! Leave them be. This is something that I've used often... Give them the best gift of all...
Give them the gift of miss you.
That's some powerful stuff, isn't it? Whenever someone can't have something- the want it even MORE. It's just simply the 'law of attraction'. If that someone sees that person being enjoyed by another, that can also make them want that person even more and this is where 'not being available' and not sitting by the phone, but going out instead- makes a big difference.
I know you don't 'feel' like going out. But, do it! It's one of the best ways to get your ex back- I promise. Who knows- perhaps you might even find someone else while you are out who is even MORE what you wanted in life.
There's nothing that turns any person on the planet off more than desperation. Not one person wants to be with someone who's desperate to be with them. It's downright scary and it's NOT romantic.
If you stay positive, then positive things are going to happen in your life.
