What is happening is a mini version of what Google is trying to make the internet into. Basically, Google wants to send it's users to the best most relevant content on the web and away from the junk. Google envisions an internet that becomes more open and useful to everyone in the future.
Review your choices incorporates that philosophy into it's layout. The site basically allows anyone with a valuable opinion on services, products, causes, websites, or whatever, a place to go and quickly share it and to make money for doing it.
