It lucky number 23 (for me) Meal Plan Monday. In this week’s meal plan I have started to make the shift to cooking meals that are more suitable for the warmer weather we are starting to experience here on the Gold Coast. Also, meals that are quick and easy or can be prepared in advance.
My week runs from Friday to Thursday
MONDAY – Lamb Koftas, Greek Salad and Homemade Chips. The recipe for lamb koftas in from my cookbook that was published back in 2016. I have added a photo of the recipe. You can purchase the cookbook here.
TUESDAY – Pulled Beef Tacos. I trialing a new recipe for slow cooker pulled taco beef. If it works I will share the recipe next week.
WEDNESDAY – Slow Cooker Curry Chicken – swap beef for chicken
THURSDAY – Leftovers
FRIDAY – Takeaway – night off.
SATURDAY – Homemade Pizza and Ribs
SUNDAY – Grilled Chicken Burgers
