Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Last week I made a Healthier Cherry Ripe Slice and I had leftover frozen cherries and raspberries in the freezer which had me thinking what I can use them for.  I decided to take the elements of the slice and make it into a Cherry Ripe Smoothie – and it was delish.

Five ingredients and dairy free.  You can alternatively use your families favourite milk in place of the coconut milk.  I used the coconut milk in the 1 lt UHT, not the canned variety.


1/2 Cup Cherries, frozen
1/4 Cup Raspberries, frozen
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Tbs Desiccated Coconut


1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serves 1
