Meal Plan Monday #18

This is what we are eating for dinners this week.  A reminder that my week starts on a Friday.  I am including two meals that I will make today (Monday) Lasagna and cottage pie and then be eaten for leftovers on Thursday night and/or for work lunches.  These are also two great meals to freeze portions of as they freeze well and reheat well.

MONDAY – Beef Lasagna

TUESDAY – Cottage Pie

WEDNESDAY – Chinese Chicken and Cashew

THURSDAY – Leftovers

FRIDAY – Dinner at Friends house

SATURDAY – Takeaway

SUNDAY – Honey Soy Chicken with Homemade Basil Pesto Mac and Cheese
