This week is any easy dinner week as well as using some of the meats I have in the freezer. The reason for this is that we are on holidays next woohooo. A much needed break is just what our family needs and we are taking one.
So keeping it simple to make sure we eat everything up in the fridge before we go away.
MONDAY –BBQ Chicken – I will cut a whole uncooked chicken in half and open it up to cook flat on the BBQ, served with chips and salad.
TUESDAY – Raviolli (it was on special last week)
WEDNESDAY – Chicken Skewers cooked on the BBQ, will then take off the skewer and serve in wraps with salad.
THURSDAY – Homemade Pizza – using up bits and pieces in the fridge.
FRIDAY – Takeaway (night off)
SATURDAY – BBQ Pork Loin Chops, Sausages, Chips and Salad
SUNDAY – Slow Cooker Beef Curry
