Meal Plan Monday #6

This week’s meal plan is ready to go.  I am cooking some family favourites this week as well as trying a packet sauce last night.  The Sesame Chicken was great for a quick flavouresome dinner.  I did add sweet soy sauce to it as I found it to be a little to bitter in flavour and the sweet soy helped make if more appealing for the kids.  I will be working on a homemade recipe for the Sesame Chicken as everyone liked it and I know I can replicated it myself so stay tuned for that recipe.

Reminder:  my meal plan is Monday to Sunday but I grocery shop on a Friday and that is where I start from.

MONDAY: Spaghetti Bolognese

TUESDAY: Slow Cooker Satay Beef

WEDNESDAY: Chow Mein Noodles (new recipe coming soon)

THURSDAY: Leftovers

FRIDAY: Takeaway (night off)


SUNDAY: Sesame Chicken
